All orders will be processed within 2-7 business days from the order date.
Shipments may take up to 7-10 business days due to backup and delays amongst courier services.
We do not accept any refunds at this time due to unprecedented times. Only store credit or exchanges are accepted on all orders.
Returns

Orders cannot be cancelled once item is shipped.
Shipping is non-refundable.
If item comes back clearly worn or destroyed, refund will be voided.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
ROUTE shipping insurance is automatically added at checkout unless customer opts-out.
Customer must purchase ROUTE shipping insurance upon return in order to receive a refund, exchange, or store credit on all lost or stolen packages.
EcoMuses is not liable for any lost or stolen packages without ROUTE shipping insurance.

Prices can only be adjusted to match discounted price if the items were purchased within 3 days of the sale.
